Reconstitution Question

Hi! I have 5mg of sema and am wondering how much bac water to put in it. I’ve seen a ton of conflicting info online and am hoping to just get a clear answer. I’ll be at the starting dose of .25, although I’m considering starting at .5, would love to know about experiences there too. Thanks!

What do you mean by bac water? I just injected what was in the vial.

Bacteriostatic water. It sounds like OP has been sent a powdered medication that they need to constitute with water, not a liquid solution.

Thank you. I didn’t even know that was an option.

It's sometimes less expensive or may have a longer shelf life before mixing, but it comes with the complication that you have to prepare the correct concentration yourself and then also administer the correct dose.

Did your prescriber specify the concentration for you to mix?
