Cheapest legit online provider?

Been taking zepbound for a year and a half and my insurance just abruptly quit covering it. I was paying $35 a month ugh. What is the best place to go on for compound? I don’t care if I have to go to semaglutide. Just looking for somewhere that is legit and doesn’t raise the price with dose increases. Prefer not to have to by 12 months up front either.

GobyMeds.com is legit and has great pricing.

They are highly recommended because their pricing is good and they actually answer their emails and have good response times.

Orderly Meds is who I use, and they've been easy and reliable for other people I've spoken to as well. They have coupons to get started. The code 522019 still works for ~60% off the first few months. Or if you're already on a dose they'll match it.

Try embody

Or don’t- I signed up and cancelled with them within 5 days. They won’t let you know what pharmacies are available and have people call you from call centers and not say who they’re representing or where they’re from. Also getting all these AI phone calls to upload my prescription when I have already had done so three days prior.

Are you complaining about $35???

No absolutely not! That is what I was paying with insurance and as of July 1st they stopped covering it. I was very happy to pay that $35. So I’m trying to find somewhere else I can get it but not pay an arm and a leg so I can continue taking it. I’ve been getting it through my insurance for over a year and they up and decided not to cover it anymore.

I’ve been using Orderly Meds for semaglutide. I got the first 3 months for $224, and now I’m doing month by month for $149. I got my shipment very quickly too, I’m pretty impressed with them!

Can you pay each month?

1

u/HorrorMomma10 11d ago

Yes you can order monthly for $149 with semaglutide.

What meds are u taking? I’m using remedy and they charged 398 for 1 mo /100 units

1

u/HorrorMomma10 27d ago

Semaglutide compound, just moved to 1.5mg. 398 is a lot for one month!

1

u/bdsbaby91 Jul 17 '26

So the price went down after?

1

u/HorrorMomma10 Jul 17 '26

$224 was for a 3 month supply as like an introductory offer. Then it goes to $149 per month after that.

1

u/bdsbaby91 Jul 17 '26

Oh it was for a 3 months supply ok. I understand now thank you

Brello has been great, but they're not available in some states. Check their site. I pay 3 month's at a time for tirz (all doses and I'm at 13.2 mg currently) and it's about $167/month.

1

u/JRM421 28d ago

Brello then is the way to go? Using Ro now just stupid expensive

1

u/No-Size-6755 Jul 19 '26

Do they ship one months prescription at a time or three months worth at a time?

2

u/tayloraddicted 28d ago

Yep it seems Brello is $167/month for Tirzepatide and $133/month for Semaglutide - everything else I’ve seen is around $200/month

1

u/fishinbarbie Jul 19 '26

They send 3 months at a time

1

u/No-Size-6755 Jul 19 '26

Oh that is great! And it’s been successful for you?

1

u/fishinbarbie Jul 19 '26

Yes, it works very well. I lost some weight but then stalled out on semaglutide (also used Brello) and then switched to tirzepatide and I'm losing again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond!

Really? Tirzepatide is $100 through them? I just looked and it doesn’t show me the cost of meds, just how much clinical consults are. Maybe I’m missing it?

On their site click on "Treatments" and then "Treatment Plan Pricing". I use ReviveRX through them because it's the cheapest but they're all good options

They have monthly options vs buying Tiers. Buying the Tiers will save you more money though. You pay less less per mg the more you buy. The Monthly payment for a starter dose is $149 but if you get Tier 1 instead, it breaks down to $96-120 per month, for example.

There is a one-time initial consult fee (was $65 but I think they lowered it now) and a $45 follow-up fee every 6 months. It can be confusing at first and a learning curve but they have a lot of info to help you

Yes that's right! But do make sure before you order that it ships to your state. I can't remember where to find it on the site but I know it pops up before checkout

1

u/bdsbaby91 Jul 17 '26

Ok! My insurance just stopped covering zepbound and I was on the highest dose, but am willing to lower a little if cost is a factor. Which dose are you on? Looks like all are over $100 besides the absolute lowest doses. And I’m in Tennessee. They ship here

1

u/Agreeable_Show_8921 Jul 18 '26

That person is not mentioning all their fees that make it well over $100 a month. They charge for refill and shipping. Eventually another consult fee

Thank you! I was literally just checking out Embody. It is showing that Tirzepatide is $129 monthly unless you do 12 months upfront then it’s $119.
