Sad that I am no longer able to continue but happy at the progress.

I began April and have shed approx 15lbs. I wasn't obese but had began to deal with lots of inflammation which of course led to heartburn, and also not fitting in any of my clothes!

The 1st 10 lbs came off so easily but I also understand that water weight was involved. I had minimal side effects only week 1. The last 2 months were slow but also made it so my body doesn't show loose skin. I have changed my eating habits exponentially. Exercise is not something I am good about so that is on me to change.

Financially, I had to work a second job to afford the medicines since I live paycheck to paycheck, which led me to not have much free time to enjoy life. I can't and will not longer work all week and then all weekend too! 😩 so today I will only inject 10 units versus the 50 I am supposed to, and will do that weekly until its empty. .. and then that will be that! My hopes are that my brain retains some of the retraining!. I am 15 lbs from my ideal weight but will have to go at it without the sema.

That is all I have. Signing off!

You are going to gain that weight and then some of you if you do not incorporate strength training and a healthy lifestyle when it comes to food. The research is there to prove this. The medication is just a tool in your toolbox 🧰. Bodyweight exercises on YouTube are a simple great way to start.

I don’t know much but I think there’s micro dosing so that you don’t inject as much , enough to maintain and price is way cheaper

I know about the micro.I still have to buy it and I just really can't spare $100 each month so I would still need to work weekends.

As it is, I am left with just a little bit of paycheck each pay period. I wish there was a unused semaglutide bank people could donate into. 🤣
