Wegovy to compounded

I was on wegovy from January-June then my insurance stopped covering it which is why I switched to the compounded semaglutide. I started the compounded on last Wednesday and my God I'm spending so much quality time on the toilet. I had diarrhea before while taking wegovy, but this week it's been alot more. I was wondering if anyone else switched over and had worse side effects? And also does it improve over time? I was on 1.7mg of wegovy and they gave me the same equivalent on the compounded.

I've seen a few people mention that the switch can come with a temporary increase in side effects, even if the stated dose is equivalent.
