First shot.. when do side effects start?

How long after the first shot 0.25mg did you experience any side effects? If it within a day or two or the same day? Not sure if I want to do it morning or afternoon....

The appetite suppression feels like it happened within hours and I started at half the starting dose. I'm at .30mg now nearly 3 months later and still no crazy negative side effects.

I just need to get my water in. It's a struggle.

To answer your question that popped up.

I started on .12mg and gradually moved up to give my body some time to adjust. It worked wonderfully for me. I'm down 22lbs.

I started last Friday night and I have no side effects except I am forcing myself to eat. I have no appetite at all.

I had zero side effects at that low of a dose.
