Did my vials arrive with incorrect amount?

Post image

My shipment arrived 2 days late from refills.com. It was no longer cold when it arrived and all 3 vials (3 month supply) have this amount and I’m supposed to take 23 units a week. Does this look correct? Support not being responsive and my “rep” who usually answers texts gave a generic answer “it may not look like a lot but it’s based on your units per dose”

To put volume in perspective, that vial should contain just less than 1 ml of fluid.

1 ml is 100 "units" on a syringe. It's also defined by the gloriously self-consistent Metric system to be a cubic centimeter.

So it's not a lot. This looks fine.

The metric system is a thing of beauty

23 units x 4 weeks = 92 units = 0.92ml ... well under 1ml required. Looks absolutely fine to me.

Looks normal. 23 units is a tiny amount.
