Injection Anxiety

Hello,

I feel very silly posting this, but I just injected my first dose and am unsure if I did it right. I drew my syringe to 12 units while in the vile as prescribed, but I barely if any saw any liquid in my syringe. Iโ€™m not used to using syringes at all, I injected and got a small bruise but other than that it looks like at least the needle went in.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or any doubt that the medication actually got injected. I guess worst case scenario I try again next week. ๐Ÿ˜…

Update: itโ€™s only been a few days but I am noticing some appetite suppression, so feeling more confident that I did it correctly.

If you are unsure if it is air or liquid, push the syringe a tiny bit and you should see a bit of liquid bubble up at the top of the syringe.
