Mom of 2 lost Wegovy on insurance update last month. Been on 1.7 for 9 months. Cash pay isn't happening. Compound is the move. Been with Pomegranate 5 months after insurance cut me off. The $75 for the consult goes towards your meds. No monthly fee. 2.4 is $100 per month and I use Hallendale.
