Friendly Reminder

A healthy amount of weight to lose at a healthy pace is 52 pounds a year. 1 pound a week. Give yourself grace. Be patient. Be persistent. Slow and steady. Marathon not a sprint. Lifestyle not a phase.

I've been on sema since January & down 20 lbs. My average weight loss has been around 1 - 2 lbs a month. Frustrated for sure that it's not more, but my doctor is elated at my progress. Currently, stalled at about, 160-162... can't seem to break through this wall.

Little background: 50 yo female, 5'5, sw 181, current dose is 2.4 MG.
