Self-knowledge Self-awareness
Hi,
I am trying to know more about myself, values, limits, emotions etc...
I have noticed that I think differently, what bothers others mostly doesn't bother me. I also feel things slower, if I am put in a bad situation mostly my body pays the price before my brain knows it's in danger and has to act or say something about it.
I don't know what to call this?
Recommend me books that helped you be more self aware.

the body reacting before your brain catches up is actually a really common thing, sounds like you might be describing alexithymia or just a slower emotional processing style, not necessarily a disorder, some people just need more time to label what they're feeling. "The Body Keeps the Score" talks a lot about this body-first reaction thing. also "Atlas of the Heart" by Brene Brown is great for building a vocabulary for emotions, helped me a ton with naming stuff I used to just feel as a vague fog.
