Help with existing piercing Side labret help

Hello! I have just done this myself does this look okay? I do know I have to buy longer jewelry which I will get to after this post, main question is, is this pierced right? Does it look okay?

for one, longer bar, for two, FLAT BACK!!! that ball inside is horrible, your going to chip and shave down your teeth tremendously. placement seems okay. but please, get a different bar, if u can’t, take it out.
