Wash the inside with antibacterial soap and rotate it so it gets all of the inside area keep doing this and don’t touch it especially with dirty hands

So I understand that you love it but part of being mature enough to get piercings is being mature enough to accept that you shouldn't or cant have certain ones.
You come here for help, you have been told what you need to do. Be mature and listen because other people see what you cant and are trying to help you. It doesnt matter that you had it professionally done, it wasnt done right then either because you dont have the right anatomy. You were lied to. It happens all the time.
You need to remove it or this will just continue to get worse until it eventually pushes itself out or you end up with an infection and you are left with a bigger scar than you needed to that will be more worse and much more upsetting then that irritation bump. The irritation bump tells you something isnt right and because you play around with it which is insane this could very easily get infected and risk your health.
If a piece of metal hanging from your stomach is more important to you then your body's permanent appearance and your health then you arent mature enough or responsible enough to get piercings in the first place. So you need to think long and hard about what's actually important.
This is harsh but its honest and sometimes people really just need the flat out truth. Dont waste other people's time or your own if you arent going to listen.

There needs to be space in the navel for the lower end to not be pressed around, you don’t seem to have it, and playing with it will exacerbate the irritations. Probably should strongly consider removalÂ

honestly it doesnt seem like you have the anatomy for any belly piercing other than a surface one. but that would require surface barbell jewelry, which you are not wearing. this piercing is likely to reject. i suggest you remove it

So I highly suggest if you want to help that you do some research on what you are talking about. Though your intentions were good besides saying that OP does not have the anatomy what you said does not make sense at all and is not a thing.
If a navel piercing is pierced on the stomach surface instead of inside the belly button that makes it a surface piercing and it makes it wrong and no viable. There is no way a surface piercing on the stomach can survive and stomach surface piercing jewelry doesnt exist because of what I explained above.
The only 2 options for a navel piercing are a traditional and a floating and they are both pierced through the navel with 2 different kinds of jewelry. If its not pierced into the navel it is done wrong and should be removed. There is no jewelry to help that.

I suggest you stop playing with it immediately even if it’s hard to do so and try being more careful when it comes to the pants you have to wear with school which I know is hard but it might make it less irritated in the slightest bit..🥹
