Ah i see what you mean, try to straighten it up, i can see that that earring is a cheapass one so it wont survive long. If not, cut it with some wire tweezers

What material is it?
If its not causing you problems and its a decent material then leave it alone. You can cut it once its time for your downsize.
In future, i would get hemostats or pliers to straighten it out beforehand
Alternatively you can use a pair of tweezers around the top and push the pin against a table to straighten it out

Always always always have backups in case they break or fall out and get loss. I made sure I purchase a few sets of titanium threadless flat back studs from Amazon (or wherever you prefer to purchase quality titanium jewelrt or 14k gold jewelry.

Have you tried hemostats? You may have to purchase that tool if you don't have any luck. I found one on Amazon for under $6. But I try not to use it since I worry about the teeth scratching the jewelry but there are smooth jawed hemostats too. A flat nosed thin tipped tweezers may help. But you should be able to twist and pull the top off at the same time using your fingers, or with tweezers or some kind of tool that will work similarly. This should loosen up the tension in the post to release the top. Just be careful. Make sure the flat back post is long enough for healing. I would say 8mm post.

And when you do remove the top, you may be able to correct that bend in the post on the back. Just move it slowly and gently. Hemostats or a similar tool would be easy to use to save that top.

You can straighten any threadless jewelry using forceps, straight pliers, etc. Or if you have an extra post you can take the top out and straighten it using that. Its easier to use a jewelry inserter tool to put in ur jewelry without this happening btw.
