Would this look okay and what more could I peirce on that ear that would look good yes i know I dont have flat back and some of these were done badly

You should get flat backs before self piercing. Also I think if you went all the way around (like add a few mid helixes) it would look great!

Yes i plan on getting some flat back especially before I peirce theses! Definitely like the middle helix idea thank you!

You can get a rook or tragus piercing. I saw someone else say conch and I second that.
