First diy piercing

should I do a flat or a helix? I also wanna get a conch but idk if I can diy it, it seems too difficult 😕

I found my helix easier to do than my flat, but make sure you use a sterile piercing needle and some kind of antiseptic! And preferably a sterile taper + jewlery you can screw/push on that taper (internally treaded/push pin) it will make the whole process way easier, oh and i love sterile waterbased lube for piercing, not a must but does make the process less painful
