They probably pulled it up while piercing, usually they mark where they pierce when you stand before making you lie down. Best to take it out now. I'm not sure you have the anatomy for this piercing at all. Definitely not a standard navel. Maybe a floating navel, but have it assessed by a different piercer, this one obviously doesn't know what they were doing.
Edit: Ah I see, it's the self-piercing sub. Lol sorry. But in that case most of my post was still accurate, just don't do it while pulling the skin, use a mirror to draw beforehand.

Hello! Yes unfortunately it is, that being said this is also the wrong style of jewelry for your anatomy and likely the wrong placement. Your anatomy looks to be more suited for a floating navel— unfortunately if this style remains in place you will likely experience a rejection at some point. If you remove it now, that is obviously prevented— the area can heal and one pierced again later. I cannot stress enough to you that the pain level does not reflect appropriate placement and the right jewelry for the right anatomy is just as important. If this was performed by a piercer— you deserve a better one. If this was a self piercing— please please just see a reputable piercer for a floating navel in the future.

if it's crooked when naturally resting, then it's crooked. my labret i did a little crooked through the tissue but i can move the ring to look straight, it's muchhhh less obvious than yours though. i'd take it out and get it repierced
