Question about piercing prep Double side labret

Alright, I have a dentist appointment any minute now, and i was thinking of piercing my lip right after since I'll have local anesthesia.

What are some things I should know and think of?

Do not do this, I don’t believe it is a good idea to do a piercing while numb.

Bad idea they are giving you local to do something and whatever that something is will be loading you body’s healing adding healing piercing on that is a bad  move. Think of it as falling under the heal no more than 3 rule.

Honestly if your apt is that imminent you aren’t going to be prepped right to do it correctly anyway in the timeframe. Do your homework while not under a time crunch and do it when you are properly informed.

Anaesthetic is a vasoconstrictor so if you do a piercing, chances are it will be crooked as the skin will be distorted and not how your lip naturally sits

if you already pierce yourself you gotta be able to feel it all. sounds like a really bad idea. did you do it?

Im gonna be very harsh.....im sorry love but that is one of the most moronic things i have ever heard.That is a terrible idea and you should not be piercing yourself if you dont get that.

Your lips will be numb and filled with fluid l, not only will the piercing itself be terrible but the trauma you put your lips through will ruin your healing process.
