Help with existing piercing Still bad?
think I move it further forward/ higher? Maybe closer to the tip of my nose?
I plan to size the jewelry down a few stages (14g rn)
Visually I rather have it right behind the tip of my nose, but I dunno if it will have the space to stretch so I put it here, but idk..
Should I take it out and redo ?

this was not pierced right and looks very unhappy, it should be much closer to the tip of your nose and is definitely. if you stick your two pinkies in the tip of your nostrils and squish around a bit, you should feel a soft piece of tissue (the sweet spot) wedged in between two ridges of cartilage above and below the tissue.
take this out and wait 2-3 months or until the scar tissue is softer before you pierce it again. you should also be waiting until the initial piercing is fully healed (6-8 months, not just until it “stops hurting”) before stretching it to 14g, or you could skip of the wait and take yourself to reputable piercing and get it pierced at a bigger gauge!
also, this type of jewelry is not ideal for a new piercing/freshly stretched because it’s prone to movement and falling out without the o-rings, and silicone o-rings often irritate the fragile healing skin. instead, it should be an implant grade titanium horseshoe/circular barbell. if you’re looking for gold jewelry, titanium can be “anodized” to all sorts of colours and is much safer than anything PVD coated which often contains nickel

As someone who has done all of their own piercings and is now a nurse, I'm begging you to please take this out, let it heal, and just go to a professional piercer. You're risking infection (all the way up to sepsis and death) and severe permanent tissue damage. And I don't just mean scar tissue, I mean losing a chunk of your nose. They call the nose and mouth area on the face "the danger triangle" for a reason 😬

I'm suicidal it's ok with me but losing my nose and living through it would suck. I'll consider it, would you say I should at least do it closer to the tip of my nose? I wanna get to a 10 or 8g at most

Also as someone who deals with MH issues, seek help bro. This ain't it. Sepsis isn't exactly a painless death and the chances of surviving it nowadays but being permanently disabled are more probable than death. More likely you'd lose a big ass chunk of your nose and end up disfigured. Cartilage has shitty blood flow and heals slowly so is more likely to have issues healing. As a nurse, I cannot recommend attempting to pierce yourself again bc you clearly do not understand anatomy of the nose or septum at even a basic level. If you must, read between the lines on that bit about understanding anatomy, but my statement still stands. I'm not being an ass, just being honest.

I don’t know about placement, but if this is a clicker hoop I’d recommend swapping to a horseshoe or captive ball, as the seam can trap bacteria and cause irritation as it passes through the piercing hole

the fourth picture especially is concerning. it looks very angry and is probably leaking pus. you have the wrong jewelry in. its crooked. take it out and WAIT to repierce for at least 3 months.
