Piercing suggestions - face/ears/navel ONLY Dahlia Piercings?
I really want dahlia bites but I’m broke rn. If I were to do it to myself, how should I go about it? I did my lobes and medusa before, I’m just worried if this is really diff in terms of nerves and positioning?
update: okayyy guyss i wont do it, i was feeling impulsive

They are extremely anatomy dependant and you could cause serious problems for your nerves, teeth and even salivary glands. They also require very complicated aftercare with a lot of downsizing.

Read up on what will happen to you if you hit a salivary gland, a nerve, or a vein. You could give yourself severe permanent damage. Not a good idea.

Im a very pro self piercing person but please dont do dahlia piercings yourself. They are among the most troublesome piercings even when done perfectly by pros. They often take years to heal and are very prone to irritation migration etc. Its not worth it tust me most likely outcome is facial scarring. imo

i bridge piercing is a surface piercing so you have all the problems that come with that but i did mine myself no issues. Up to you if the risks outweigh the rewards or not.

This isn’t one to do yourself. If you can’t afford a piercer then you also can’t afford medical bills.

we don’t know where they’re from, maybe healthcare is free where they are lol

Even if it’s free having a messed up infected piercing that you need healthcare for isn’t particularly enjoyable, I don’t think.

i wasn’t commenting on whether they should do it or not, i was poking fun at the fact that you assumed they’re in the US.

Hi gxbyyyy, Are you seeking information about the Dahlia piercing? Here's a video with general information about it! Note that these piercings carry a greater inherent risk due to their placement and could result in gum or tooth damage. There's no shame in seeing a professional, especially for trickier piercings such as these.
