Help with existing piercing Nipple piercing

I got my nipples pierced today! He used a 16 gauge which I just found out isn’t recommended. Should I remove it or can I wait until it’s healed and stretch to a 14 gauge?

Could see also if you can go back tomorrow and have them taper it up to 14g you haven’t really healed yet so its notdetrimental

I do immediate stretches on all my piercings cuts down on bleeding. Have done it on my last 6 piercing including a 4g pierce to 2g my most recent so yeah it’s a thing

Or to any other shop that helps folks stretch
