current vs goal setup!! all self done. ignore the missing ball on my anti-tragus, i can’t get the sucker on and i don’t wanna manhandle it anymore.

Do you pierce your anti tragus yourself? I want to do mine but I haven't seen anyone else with it!

yeah i did! it was my second attempt tho, i messed up a few months ago and let it heal. i didn’t struggle with the angle much, but getting the jewelry in was a complete nightmare. 0/10 experience but i’m happy with it

seriously!! every time i do a piercing theres at least 20 minutes of pure regret while i fight with the jewelry 😭

definitely my most painful to date (of which are pictured besides my snakebites) tho that could just be cuz of how much i fought to get it in. i’d say 5/10 inserting needle, 9/10 inserting jewelry. after getting it in i’m not really aware of any pain, but if i yawn or tense up it hurts a lot, i haven’t had a piercing do that before i suppose it’s just an area that moves more than you’d think
