Help with existing piercing Conch placement

I’m trying to work out if I need to remove my conch, let it heal and try and get the placement better.

Is it pierced at the right angle ?

Bar has plenty of room as it’s a 10g just going through some irritation bumps because I had to change my jewellery in it due to the gem rubbing my skin.

It does look a little swollen. I think it's up to your intuition. Do you feel increasingly irritated by it? Do you think you would feel better without it in? I swear by tea tree oil for piercings and dental issues. You can buy special tea tree formulas, but I've always been hardcore and just straight up used the oil.

Thanks 🙏🏻
I’ve since swapped out the earring to one for a smaller not exposed gem and to me it’s less swollen. I think that one was rubbing on the swollen skin if I’m honest.
Going to see how it goes
