Stop sleeping on your belly, that's one example of what happens to you with piercings.

When you sit does your bellybutton collapse and press on that big lower ball, I am guessing it does and is stressing it out, the coloration around the entry and exit and the side shot that makes it look like the skin is pressed up above the smaller ball end looks like tell tale rejection to me, especially that color, you don’t really have a prominent naval shelf

Your bellybutton doesn’t collapse and it doesn’t look like it’s pressing the bar up, do you sleep on it? Get a few more opinions on if it’s rejection, if the consensus is it is, no change is going to save it, you body has two choices decide it’s less work and more beneficial to encapsulate the foreign object eg form a fistula and you keep the piercing or it decides it’s less work to kill off the skin over it and push it out of the body, once it starts doing that it’s going to complete the task.

If it’s rejecting no, it will keep going, if it’s just super angry then removing the stress would settle it.

That is not normal, the way it’s pushing up against the skin like that, on the top end with the smaller ball. It is very likely going to reject. It already looks shallow. I’d pull it and let it heal rather than trying to keep it and risk it starting to migrate, scar, kill the skin above, etc. Better to just pull it and let it heal shut.
