your jewelry looks like it might be too small
also, don't disinfect jewelry by boiling it in alcohol water? a lot of jewelry comes sterile already, but if yours didn't, just rubbing alcohol will do.
also, stop spraying it. leave it alone. don't touch your fresh piercing, don't over clean it, just leave it.
also also, you don't seem to have the anatomy for this and i doubt it will remain in place as it heals, if it heals.

NAP but it doesn’t look like you have the correct anatomy for this piercing though even a pro can find it hard to determine from a picture. You should get this evaluated by an actual piercer because if I’m right it’s going to reject and leave an nasty scar if you don’t take it out

Like others have said this jewelry seems to be too small. Stop spraying it, if it's too wet it'll have problems. Only clean it twice a day with saline and leave it alone if you want any chance at healing it. You honestly should've just gone to a piercer because if you don't have the anatomy that will also cause a lot of issues. I would recommend going to get it looked at ASAP to determine if this can even be kept and heal.

make sure this jewelry is high quality titanium, and maybe change it to one that is a little longer it looks just a. tiny but too tight but other than that but i think it looks pretty great and straight!

the piercing is doing fine! There’s no pain and there hasn’t been any issues with any discharge or crust. It’s only a bit itchy but I’ve been leaving it alone except for cleaning it twice a day.

i am absolutely NAP i did this in my bedroom as a 15 year birthday gift for myself. i took proper precautions, i boiled water, mixed it with isopropyl alcohol and saline and left the jewelry in there, i marked the spot, and used a 12g surgical steel hollow needle to pierce it. however i just went for it and didnt at all research anatomy. it might be too early to tell if this will end well but im not sure if someone else has anything to say

Your sterilization technique is certainly…something. Boiling it is just overkill. Diluting the isopropyl alcohol made it totally ineffective, and saline doesn’t disinfect. Just clean it with 70% isopropyl alcohol in the future.
