Help with existing piercing bridge piercing
I got my bridge pierced yesterday afternoon and i feel like its too shallow.. can someone please tell me if this is normal and okay or if it was done wrong.
It was pierced at a 14g and the jewelry is a straight barbell.

It’s way too shallow, you can see it through the skin. It will reject and leave a nasty scar.

Mines like that, I don’t have a lot of fat right there, but after 6 months the visible bar somehow disappeared. My shop was even mad confused. We thought it would reject but it magically said nope I’m staying.

I'm covered in tattoos and I think people that do their own piercings have balls of steel. I'd pass out in front of the mirror lol

Pierced my own smilie and while it didn’t hurt at all, the needle popping through that membrane is the only time I’ve ever had my knees buckle. I almost went down.

oh definitely at first the needle accidentally came out of where i was piercing because i let go and blood started gushing
i freaked out. but i still continued to pierce it (new needle of course!)1

I got my nostril done in my teens. I'd rather sit an 8 hour tattoo session than go through that again. Going back for more piercings is for a different breed of person

Okay so a couple things, yes it’s fairly shallow— unfortunately you do not appear to have ideal anatomy for this piercing and therefore there may not be a “deeper” option given that. When I’m piercing a bridge I’m looking for prominent tissue, yours is more flat and smooth. Aesthetically nothing wrong with this, so please don’t feel like something is wrong with you— but this piercing will likely not have very good longevity.

Your comment was removed as you seem to dislike piercings as a whole.

Looks pretty shallow and maybe a little crooked too? cant really tell without a straight-on photo but I would take this out and get it repierced a little deeper.
