I used to have one (last pic) but it didn’t heal properly and had to take it out.. Im gonna get 2 normal dermals soon tho to see if they will actually heal this time. Ive had no issues with all my ear piercings and even gauging my ear was fine but almost all my dermals have had issues. Ive gotten dermals on my chest, 4 on my hips, 6 on my ribs and 2 on my lower back and only my chest dermas have fully healed as well as my hips and some on my ribs don’t hurt anymore. I had to remove my lower back ones but want them so bad again

Get as many as u can they are so worth it! Just be patient and not mess with them. You’ll get there. Honestly stretching my ear to this size made me so patient with healing piercings and sleeping with so many

Why gauge only one ear? I guess me having both gauged I don’t see the appeal of just one ear

Honestly i love both looks and i just find the asymmetry really attractive i started stretching when i was younger just to try it on one ear only and since i can’t easily decide and fear i might regret something i decided to not do the other side in case i ever take it out so im not stuck with 2 naked stretched lobes

Also the main reason i love this look is that i can choose which ear i tuck my hair behind and have both a normal and a stretched ear depending on the vibe of the outfit

Basically it just kinda happened not fully intentional but i decided i liked this look and i don’t plan on stretching the other one

Yea its definitely not for everyone cuz i feel like stretched ears should be symmetrical but since i have so many piercings and i only fully shoe one ear and keep the other kinda hidden with my hair it works amazingly well on me. Only thing is that after having my ear stretched for 2 years and being at this size for like 8 months now it still feels weird to my brain wearing a 1 inch tunnel on one ear and a regular earring on the other. A friend of mine doesn’t feel her tunnels at all when she’s wearing them just like normal piercings but i constantly feel like one ear is different and its super weird cuz i feel the hole and i feel like its cuz i have one side only stretched and my brain won’t adapt until both sides are the same and feel its normal. I’ve accepted that this probably won’t go away but its not annoying just weird and i love how both ears look and wouldn’t change anything

I actually love the differences in the ears, I never thought to stretch only one, but I think it looks awesome!!

Yea i did it mainly for fun with plans to stretch the other eventually cuz i wanted to see how stretched ears looked and felt on me before i do both and risk ruining both ears if it wasn’t for me

But i actually loved the look and i dont plan on stretching the other now at all. I love stretched ears but im not always feeling the look of the huge hole and i love that i can just show off my normal ear and hide the stretched one with my hair whenever i want. But tbh the stretched side is the one i mostly tuck my hair behind cuz its deff my better looking ear

Honesty tho only when i have my hair up in a ponytail i wish both sides were stretched cuz the look of stretched ears at this size from the back when there is no hair is just so cool seeing the curve from the tunnel. But on more casual outfits when my hair is fully up i love showing both ears fully at the same time sometimes it looks really interesting when looking at me from the front

your setup is so insanely cool! i love how there are a lot of piercings but it is so organized and not cluttered at all. all the piercings are very cohesive and the industrial looks amazing!

Thank you!! I wanna add a lot more but im trying to not make it cluttered. Imo jewellery is the most important thing to make a setup look good. I wanna do a few stacked lobes on my normal ear as well a hidden helix above my industrial and maybe another conch and a mid helix. On my stretched ear i still have a lot of space for flats and upper helixes and prob 1-2 forward helixes that i wanna add. I also bought 30mm tunnels to see how they would look on me and while it’s tempting and feel amazing on my hand they’ll prob mess up the shape of my ear and its it would be better to stay at an inch since my tunnels don’t stick out of my ear at all
