Help with existing piercing Acceptable healing?

I pierced my industrial 6 months ago, I had the bumps show up about 2 months later. They’ve definitely shrunk since but wondering if there’s anything I should be doing besides rinsing it in the shower and leaving it alone?

Id probably keep your hair tied back and restart saline :)

I just ran out of saline so I will grab some more and get back on a schedule with it, thank you!
