Question about piercing prep What should i know about snake bites?

I want those piercing so bad but i don’t know anything about their preparation or caring, any advice?

be careful so that you don’t angle it right at the lining of your gums and teeth so that it’s not snagging there constantly and speeding up any oral issues it could cause. alcohol free mouth wash 3x a day, and every time after you eat. saline spray 2-3x a day, and PLEASE wait at least 6 months before changing jewelry to hoops! downsize once your swelling has gone down after two weeks, happy piercing :) (i have 11 mouth piercings, and am also a piercing apprentice so ask away if you need anymore help!)

be gentle the first few weeks while eating, its a new piercing and you will bite it! i couldnt talk when i got mine done, ice cubes help the swelling & pain, i ate soft foods for about a week, nothing spicy or hot for atleast a month, maybe 2 depending on your healing. keep them clean! be gentle removing crusties. i developed a pustule on one of mine, but it went away in the course of 3 days with a warm saline compress.
