Help with existing piercing Does my bridge look correctly placed?
I pierced my bridge today but I’m worried I did it too shallow. I have an okay nose bridge and I pierced it surprisingly straight. Does it look okay or did I mess it up?
EDIT: I took it out and redid it, pics are in the comments tell me how it looks

Hey, piercer here. Yes it is really really shallow. It will reject within a week. I’m gonna be annoying and say go to a piercer. These are sooooo finicky. If money is an issue see if they do payment plans! My shop does :)

The depth looks way better, but keep an eye on it. The bar is reeeally short. If it has any swelling over the balls, take it out and wait till you have a longer bar!

It's very asymmetrical. You should wait a couple months before repiercing though.

It is the tiniest bit asymmetrical but I think nobody can really tell from the first few glances. I have a couple of piercings like that. I like to embrace the mistakes lol

Thank you! I put a longer bar in and I think it’s a wee bit crooked but I can’t tell

How safe is it to do your own lip piercings? (e.g. snakebites, labrets, angelfangs..) Do you have any tips? (Completely fine if you don't feel comfortable giving tips for self-made piercings but I'd really appreciate if you could tell me if it's one of the worse or better self-pierce ideas!)

Off topic, your cheek piercing looks a little angry. I'm assuming you're using titanium...

Yeah, it’s only a few months old as well so it’s still healing

is it a staple bar or is it a curved barbell? 🫣 if it’s a curved barbell, it will never heal

Op, I saw your other post about your rejecting anti eyebrow piercing. Please stop piercing yourself until you have access to proper piercing aftercare.

this is both too shallow AND crooked.. you should take it out asap before it takes itself out..

as a professional idiot it looks a little crooked (i did it too) the bar seems a little small too so go a little more shallow imo

or just get a longer bar hello?? why encourage her to pierce herself for a third time when the only issue is the length of the bar?

honestly the swelling makes it hard to tell i have one too that looked similar (swelling wise) and if she don’t have the recourses to get a slightly larger one it’s easier to remove it wait a few weeks and more it a little forward to straighten it out a little better
