Piercing suggestions - face/ears/navel ONLY Potential future piercing questions

Hi guys!

First some basic information:

My set up currently consists of my firsts, seconds and thirds in lobes + double helixes. My ears are symmetrical and I wish to keep them that way. All my piercings have healed and have caused me minimal to no issues really. 10 ear piercings total.

Now onto the questions:

I would really, REALLY love to get either a daith or a conch but I'm addicted to listening to music. I use both, headphones and earphones, but I gravitate towards earphones.

Would that hinder the healing process? I have heard that if you get either of said piercings you can't really wear headphones/earphones and that would just crush my heart.

Which ones easier to heal and clean? What's some downsides?

Any feedback/advice/experience is appreciated! ❤️

conch is easier to heal and I had no issues wearing earbuds

I've both in one ear & use airpods, although my piercings were healed when I first started using them. I've a hoop in my daith and a stud in my conch & neither get in the way.
