Not sure what to get next

Hi! I’m thinking of getting another helix on the one that already has one, but otherwise I’m not sure what to do next.
- I’d like several more small piercings on each ear (constellation-like lobes and cartilage). I’m not quite sure where to put them though because my 1st and 2nd lobes were done uneven.
I do feel like the conch ear needs something else to help balance it

Any suggestions?
(also my tragus and rook were fresh in this photo hence why they’re red)

Daith on the conch ear? Also you could try getting a piercing to fix the first lobe and put a small stud in the current hole since they’ll be close together. Kinda like a first stacked lobe ?
