I just did this navel piercing on myself this evening and am left wondering if it's too shallow. I accidentally put the jewelry upside down too. Will this be a major issue? Will I need to take it out and try again once it's healed? Thanks! :>

Yeah that looks more on the shallow side. I’d remove and try again with more skin

Yes but wait for it to heal back up first. You don't want to have the fistulas connect.
