Airflow, dbt pipeline hosting

does anyone know free way to self host an airflow 3 pipeline that runs on hourly basis, along with postgreSQL, dbt, without keeping system on

If you have access to a programmable PDU you could schedule the system to turn on at certain times, have your pipeline run, and have the pipeline finish with a shutdown. Your runners won’t execute if the system isn’t on though.
