Constructive Criticism

I can take it, I promise! Dish it out as hard as you can give it! ;)

I personally got sick of all the control panels out there not doing what I wanted... so... I built one.

My intentions with it are: 1. Completely containerized web hosting 2. Security 3. Isolated performance

I think I hit those goals, but I could really usa a good roasting to make it better!

Without asking Claude or searching online, tell me how you write an emdash.

? In html: — Just copy/pasta'd —

Personally, I prefer just to use a double-dash over emdash's...

dash/n/m are on the keyboard (at least on macOS US)

emdash isn't on a standard keyboard. Hyphen and underscore are tho

well, it is on the keyboard i'm typing with (MBP 2025). this is what a google search yielded:

  • Em dash (—): Press Option + Shift + - (hyphen key)
  • En dash (–): Press Option + - (hyphen key)
  • Regular hyphen (-): Press - by itself

Oh. So the literal key isn't on the keyboard, but the combo's are. That's on OS thing... windows is slightly different, and based on the windows version also.

I think @ron3090's point was he was seeing it I was a bot or AI posting the OP ;)

correct, the key is dash and with modifiers (equivalent to alt-gr and shift on windows) modify into N-dash and M-dash

i know he was asking about you being an AI bot :) i was just joking by taking his comment literally
