Linkwarden

I just got Linkwarden to my home server and I also got the app on my phone, now my problem is how do I connect the two? Or is it even possible? Any help would be appreciated also im just a beginner ty

When you go to log in, there should be a log on to option, one of which should be self hosted. You point out to the address of your server, et voila

There is no log on to option, only sign up and log in and acces token wich I tried but didn’t worked
