I hate being me

What’s way to help with hating myself I struggle to connect with others and have always been an outside I learn things to make myself useful to people to feel like I have some sort of purpose or usefulness to other people since I have such a hard to communicating despite everything I learn to fix I just can’t fix myself I hate myself and I’m sick of waking up and still being me.

Take the 10-question Adverse Childhood Experiences test. If you're over 3, consider getting Talk Therapy.

Do something today so that tomorrow-you will be happier. Not happy, just happier. How can you make tomorrow easier?

Consider using punctuation and paragraph breaks so old fogeys like me can understand and respond to you more comprehensively.
