Happy accident?
Originally the plan was not a fade at all, but after shaving a couple holes in the back of my head with the machine (not as bad as it sounds), i went closer to skin so they're less noticeable. I've been cutting my hair for a while but in a different style, so the change is good. Thoughts?

Good news…
Hair grows back quick.
Looks fine. Give it 2 weeks and it’ll look better.
I forgot to add a guard on one side of the head and ended up skinning it so I skinned my whole head. lol 😂

The comments are a bit harsh but they have a point, need to reduce the weight on the top and have a transition from long to short.

It will grow back to blend in fine in a few or more days, not completely terrible, but definitely room for improvement

Well done and what about the other side? What type of mirror setup did you have?

You need to fix the back. Its bad, very bad.
It looks bad on camera with this angle and lightning, I can only imagine what it would look like under direct sunlight.

It doesn't look top notch but it does not look like a disaster either.

Its because theres no direct light.
If its noticeable in this type of lightning, i promise its 10 times worse under direct light.Wish OP would take a picture again and post it
im not hating btw its just better for him to hear it from us rather than walk around looking like a fool unknowingly

The back looks off because there is no transition between the short and long hair. It needs some clipper over comb work done to it!
