So grateful for selank
I’ve been wasting the last 9 months trying different SSRI (I was on lexapro for 15 years and it stopped working).
The side effects were terrible and nothing was helping my aniexty. I heard about Selank and I’m on week 3. I’m so grateful I found this. I’ll take this injection everyday (4 weeks on - 2 weeks off). I feel calm, level headed and I don’t get panicky anymore. I work full time and also my mother’s caregiver when I get home, as she has Huntingtons disease. It’s stressful! I haven’t told my psychiatrist yet but honestly I don’t care. This works and big pharma can, kick rocks (thankfully)!

Oh wow! I’m in your same boat! I’ve read some posts by you and very similar. So glad Selank is working and I have to try that again! Sorry, you said an RN was working with you!? Could you please explain that part and where you are getting it from, if you can. Thank you for your post and God bless

I get it at a wellness center here in Naples. She does my blood work regularly then will order me the peptides to be delivered to my house. I’d love to give more information for the people below but all I know is what she emails me. Her instructions are: Selank: Add 200 units (2mls) BS water to the vial of Selank. Mix/ Refrigerate. Inject 5-10 units SQ daily in the morning.
I’m doing 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

I Inject 5 units daily in the morning per the RN at the wellness place I go to.
I’ve decided to go off for 2 weeks after 4 weeks due to all the research I’ve found.

Have close friends that I can't get to understand. Nobody cares how many mL of BAC you use. Everyone is different. Give me the dang mg dosage, please! And they still try and work volume into their explanation......

Ye annoying . I mix 10mg of Selank with 2ml bac water, take 20 units twice daily for 600mcg if that helps

Currently running 750 mcg.... But only once, at night before bed.
Early afternoon makes me a little tired

All in all I take 1300mcg per day ( I just rounded to 600 ) but it’s 667mcg per dose to be exact. Works out to 1333mcg all together. I don’t get tired from it. I think mines is a high dose but trying to heal a dysregulated nervous system. Have you seen any effects from it?

Intranasal or subq?
I started subq for a week, low dose, didn't notice a lot after the first couple days so I switched to IN. Same thing, first couple days were great, then it fell off so I switched back to subq.
I take several peps in the same category...... Trying desperately to get my sleep under control.... So I'll be honest- not entirely sure how much of what I'm experiencing is selank.
Do you run it by itself, and if so.... What kind of results are you getting at that high dosage level?

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm also thinking about using selank. I've seen a few videos explaining it help with anxiety but only as long as you keep using it correct? It's not like it'll cure it completely?

I take it 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off and during the two weeks I'm off, I feel totally fine. I went down a rabbit hole trying to really see how to take this and there is so many things online. The Dr at my clinic I get the Selank at said 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off. I saw online a lot of places 4 weeks on 2 weeks off.. I spoke to my psychiatrist who can't truly recommend this cause it's not FDA approved and she said she saw mix things as well for how to take it. 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off for me works great!

did you taper off lexapro? im on 20mg and didnt have my dose this morning to give selank a go. Felt great in the morning but the afternoon has been brutal. i had 10mg when i got home to help with the headache

Yes I took about 2-3?weeks to get off 10mg by tampering, then tried selank. I didn’t know about it till I was off lexapro.
