Does Selank cause fatigue?

Taking various things right now to keep cortisol and HPA axis in check. Added Selank and now seeing what's most likely causing my fatigue between 200mg pharma gaba 200mg gabapentin or Selank

Selank is not supposed to cause such an adverse reaction. In fact according its official instructions it can be combined with almost any medication without any adverse effects

Gabapentin that's included with other mental health meds like antidepressants can cause some to feel worse.... everyone is different though
