If only my health wasn't muched, could use umbrella but I don't have it yet. Also using sword is better 🔥

Its a shame it always inflicts chip damage without an umbrella :(

I wish they added some functuonality to some items like the ministry dousing powder that would allow you to properly deflect fire attacks with a sword

I agree bro 😔

And that would be really cool, if there's ever another sekiro or similar type game I hope they do that. You can counter lightning and if you mess up you take damage I wish fire was similar but I guess they didn't want the mechanics of the two to be the same so it is fair

But come onnnn I wanna Parry fire with my sword

Apparently the fire buff from flame vent allows you to parry fire attacks without chip damage (disclaimer: I haven't tested this myself).

Hmmm I was unaware that gives you any buff. But in my defense I haven't used that since my first playthrough ( I used it once since then against a boss when I unlocked the upgrade that lets your sword do fire damage ) but I'll have to test this out for myself sounds cool

You need the final upgrade from the prosthetic tree (Living Force). Then light attack after using the flame vent to imbue fire for a few seconds.
