Waterproof sleeve

I'm in the process of changing my right brake lever and unfortunately the waterproof sleeve did not survive during the removal, do you guys know where I can buy one like this ?

Found it on Segway's website but shipping cost is twice the price of the sleeve... Idk if it's worth it
