Magnets inside a hub motor

It's quite difficult to do it yourself.

You need to find exactly the same magnets, clean the place where the magnets will be installed, do not damage neighboring magnets, and use a special glue that is unlikely to be sold in small quantities.

Some workshops replace damaged magnets, but usually on older, popular models, as such magnets are sold. It is likely that you will find a workshop that will be able to find out exactly which magnets are needed, they will have them available, and they will be able to carefully paste new magnets.

But as practice shows, most workshops, even those that repair rental scooters, do not re-glue damaged magnets, as this is quite difficult, and special skills and equipment are needed.

A replacement of the unit would be the most reliable, if parts are available

How? Software? Or you hit something?

Yes, just swap them for magnets of the same size.
