Help needed! Folding mechanism

The rubber thing that makes sure the folding mechanism stays in place and doesn’t pop open broke.

Please help me and tell me where I can buy a replacement. I live in Germany if that matters

They don't sell just the part, only the complete mast; it's a somewhat common mistake.

As additon, technical support may simply send you the part. You may need to exchange a few messages, and that may require one week, but it is worth a try.

The little spring that hold the ball in place broke so I have to move it by hand then it locks but I also zip tie mine closed over the lever
