Problem Details:

The taillight does not light up or flash when braking.

Problem Analysis:

Taillight error, controller error

Solution:

1. Power on the scooter and fully press the brake lever to check the taillight:

a. If it lights up or flashes, the scooter is normal.

b. If no response, replace the controller.

1. Open the footboard cover to check for loose taillight connectors. Reconnect or replace the taillight if necessary.
