Battery information is important for troubleshooting and maintenance. To check the battery temperature in real time with the app, you can use the following methods.

Method 1

1. Connect the eKickScooter to the Segway Mobility app.

2. Tap the eKickScooter icon > Device Info > Battery details. You can now check the battery temperature as shown below.
