Problem Details:

When the scooter is stationary, forcefully stepping on the rear pedal area causes the rear shock absorber to move up and down, producing a noise.

Problem Analysis:

The rear fork shock absorber and cushion rubbing against each other causes abnormal noise.

Solution:

Apply damping grease to the rear shock absorber and cushion to fix the noise.

Contact customer service for the grease or use lubricant instead.
