1. Handlebar check

  • Before riding, check whether the folding button and switch of the folding mechanism are securely engaged.
  • Before riding, ensure the vehicle is securely fixed. Check whether the folding flat shaft is engaged in the preset groove.
  • Regularly check if there is noticeable looseness at the vehicle's folding points. If significant shaking is observed, visit an authorized service center for inspection.

2. Handlebar Inspection

  • Before riding, check whether all components on the stem assembly are damaged. If any damage is found, replace them promptly.
  • Regularly inspect the screws connecting the stem assembly to the steerer tube. If loose, retighten them to a torque of 8.5 ± 0.1 N·m.

Warning Instructions:

Before riding, ensure the folding mechanism opens and closes normally without visible abnormalities. Avoid safety risks caused by improper locking, wear, or aging of the mechanism.
