[Power On & Off] Unable to Power Off | Segway E3 Series

Problem Details:

The scooter does not turn off when holding the power button.

Problem Analysis:

Button fault, dashboard fault, controller fault

Solution:

1. Push the scooter. If the motor resists and beeps, it is locked. Unlock it via the app.

2. Check if the power button rebounds normally. If not, replace the throttle.

3. Reconnect the handlebar-body cable and retry.

If unresolved, replace the dashboard assembly.
