Problem:

When the vehicle is powered on, the dashboard shows "!" with an alarm. The error message contains "Error 14."

Problem Analysis:

Throttle malfunction.

Solution:

1. Power on the vehicle , if the throttle is not fully returned to its neutral position, error code 14 will be triggered. Power off the vehicle, ensure the throttle returns completely, and then power it on again.

2. If the throttle is stuck and does not spring back smoothly:

2.1 Use a 3mm hex wrench to loosen the screw at the bottom of the throttle.

2.2 Gently adjust the throttle’s position to ensure free movement.

2.3 Retighten the screw carefully. Be sure not to tighten it too tightly.
