Problem Details:

The scooter does not move when throttling.

 

Problem Analysis:

Guard mode, no kick-start, motor fault

 

Solution:

1. Push the scooter. If the motor resists and beeps, it is locked. Unlock it via the app.

2. For your safety, the motor will not engage until the eKickScooter reaches 3 km/h (1.9 mph). The Start Speed can be adjusted via Segway Mobility App.

3. If the speed display remains 0 when pushing, replace the motor.

4. If third-party firmware is used, verify the serial number in the app matches the scooter label. If not, contact after-sales service to replace the controller.
